I am so grateful to have you on this epic team of incredible humans, coaches, thought leaders, and experts! The Kajabi Design Academy will welcome its first group of students in January, and you will be an integral part of our students' success! This 8-week program (more program details are below) is designed to not only teach entrepreneurs how to design a website and course on Kajabi, but how to step into their truth, become the best version of themselves, and make a meaningful impact! I couldn't think of a better group of role models to guide our students on this journey.

Important Dates
Here is the entire program calendar. I'm asking all ofour coaches to commit to the following:
- Promote the Summit and Program to your social media and email audiences
- Teach one 30-45 minute session on (1) of the Summit days
- Attend (1) VIP day to engage with students
- Teach (1) 30-45 minute session in the Kajabi Design Academy in alignment with your interests & expertise
- Participate and engage with our students in the closed Facebook community
Compensation Structure
I'm excited to offer a stepwise payment structure that is designed to expand relative to the number of students enrolled. The base pay will increase with every 10 students that enroll plus $25 for every student. We won't run the program if less than 10 students registered, and will cap it at 150 (our Out Of This World registration goal!). In addition, you have the opportunity to receive a 50% affiliate commission for any student that you refer using your unique affiliate link. The Course Creators Summit is a 3-day live online event featuring presentations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with each of our Academy Coaches. This event is designed to provide massive value and to lead into our Kajabi Design Academy Launch! Summit attendees will receive an exclusive offer to opt into the program at $997. (A $2000 discount!)

WEEK 2:
Branding & Site Outline
Get crystal clear on your branding (logo, colors, typography, mood board) and create a full site outline. Just these two exercises alone will make the rest of the design process easy, fast, and fun!
WEEK 3:
Design Basics
Learn the foundational techniques and design principles to create stunning, custom website design on Kajabi. Start with the homepage and apply your design across your entire website.
WEEK 4:
Website Build 1
Weeks 4 and 5 focus primarily on the build-out of your website and course. The strategies you learn here can be rinsed and repeated for every page and course you create in the future!
WEEK 5:
Website Build 2
We'll bust the myth that building a website and online course is a long and difficult process. You'll create a beautiful digital space with ease and joy, and can proudly share it with your audience and communities!
WEEK 6:
Awesome UX
UX is "tech talk" for User Experience, and this is a huge part of creating an impactful and conversion-friendly digital space. We'll guide you through strategies to optimize your UX on your website and in your courses.
WEEK 7:
Promotion Strategy
Leverage the power of a free offer (mini course, PDF download, special offer) and an impactful email welcome campaign to build your list! Integrate your Kajabi website with your Social Media platforms.
WEEK 8:
Celebration & Design Showcase
You've worked hard and it's time to celebrate! 🎉 Week 8 features a celebration, design showcase, and next steps to stay connected and keep the momentum going!
