Module One: Brand Basics

In module one of the The Brand Project you will begin thinking like a founder and a leader. You’ll learn the basics of branding with special attention given to understanding the purpose of the brand you’re creating. You will complete a skills assessment to determine what areas you will either take on yourself or outsource to contractors or staff. You will brainstorm your marketing and business vision for the year, then carefully choose the ideas that will move forward through an understanding of essentialism. You will also learn the foundations of attraction marketing and how to structure offers. You will set a financial goal for your business and map out your next 12 months of revenue. And the best part of module one, you will build a system to reward yourself as you hit targets and schedule downtime into your schedule. A core belief of becoming a #trendblazer is building business holistically. A burnt out founder is no good to their audience or clients! You will set up your business and life to compliment each other, so you can thrive while you grow.

Module Two: You + Your People

You are called to serve a certain group of people that need your products and services. This module will help you clearly articulate who your dream client is by crafting a client description. This process goes much deeper than the typical market demographics work you may be familiar with and instead focuses your mind on a singular client. You will learn advanced marketing structures and techniques to help you understand your dream client at a very deep level to create compelling marketing copy, captions, and emails that convert into clients and customers.

Module Three: Manifesto Magic

Manifesto Magic will build clarity on your brand essence. What do you stand for? Why should people follow you? What’s the story behind your business? You will dive deep into these questions and discover who you are as a leader by evaluating your beliefs and values. The module culminates in the creation of your very own brand manifesto statement that will deepen your understanding of why your business exists, your unique point of view, and your image of leadership.

Module Four: Icons & Offers

The Icons and Offers module will reveal how you want to position your business within the market. This process begins by taking a look around at the icons in your industry. Who are their dream clients? Have they proven there’s a profitable market for your business? Do you like their business model? This research will help you construct a clear system of offers for your dream clients that speaks to what they need from you, focuses on service, and creates an exceptional client experience.

Module Five: Tech & Social

Before we can create a communications plan that packs a punch you must outline your online strategy. This includes getting clear on the tech tools and social platforms you are going all-in-on for the next 12 months. We’ll review tech needs for list building, websites, portals, funnels and much more! I’ll reveal my money making Facebook Group and Instagram strategies that provide a framework to model a sophisticated, relevant and brand-building marketing plan.

Module Six: Communications Planning

This is the module where all of your ideas come together! You’ll cash in big time by pulling from the hundreds of launches and campaigns I’ve coordinated to create a winning content marketing plan. I’ll teach you my tried and tested content creation system that shows you how to plan your promotional bursts alongside your ongoing content. You’ll have order in your mind like never before in mapping out your email, social media and online advertising campaigns.

Module Seven: Audience Growth

Now that you have a communications plan that lights you on fire let’s run to the roof and let the whole neighbourhood know about it! I’ll reveal my all time best strategies to generate free traffic to grow your audience and generate leads. Module Eight: Brilliant Brand Elements

This module brings all the strategy and planning full circle to curate the visual elements of your brand. We kick things off by articulating your brand personality to guide us to choose the best possible colour palette, fonts and images to bring your amazing brand to life. You will learn the psychology of colour and how to build an impactful colour palette. You’ll learn my simple system for choosing fonts with intention that work for your brand in a variety of applications. You will learn powerful techniques to help you choose imagery intentionally, that communicates the energy of your brand. The module wraps up with a tutorial on the Canva platform to help you create your own beautiful brand summary.
